ProAgeHome is a company whose focus is to help people remain independent and safe in their homes through addressing their environment. Whether you or a loved one are experiencing natural changes relative to age or have been impacted by disease or injury, not making changes to the home environment increases the risk of accidents and increase dependence on others.
We collaborate with our clients and their “warm” support group, such as spouses, adult children, Care Givers, Physicians, and others, to assemble a professional assessment of their physical requirements for accessibility and safety. A highly trained ProAgeHome specialist then conducts an on-site assessment of their living or working environment. We then design an individualized Lifestyle Plan unique for each client's needs and incorporate them into work environment.
The Problem
Most of the housing stock in the United States is dated. Even new homes are not being designed using Universal Design principles. Universal Design is the design of products and environments to be usable by all people, to the greatest extent possible without the need for adaptation or specialized design. The point being, the vast majority of homes are not suitable for those wanting to “age in place” or anyone who suffers any form of impairment brought on by accident or disease.
People want to remain in their homes, where they are comfortable and near the things and people they care about. As people go through physical changes, their environment needs to change as well to make sure it is safe and affords them as much independence as possible.

Once they've understood the client's needs and accessed their home or office, your ProAgeHome specialist will make specific recommendations for changes. A price and schedule will be given for making any alterations, thereby offering a true “turn-key” Lifestyle Solution. It is our goal to make it simple to deal with what can be complex issues…thereby providing piece of mind for you or someone you care about.
